It was a much needed replacement.
My mistake was only placing an order for 2 straps.
The black ones were out. I settled for the gray ones

I have been using only Gata masks since 2021 they truly are the only masks that don't fog up my glasses and are as comfortable as wearing a mask gets. They do sweat but have a groove to channel it & these last straps have been too tight to use with the back of the head strap so im using them on my ears until the loosen up enuff to use the strap behind my head. Great product and great prices.

After explaining my challenge with my initial strap purchase, I was sent a replacement set and received them in a few days!! Can't ask for more than that!!

You are a great company. Not only do you make a great product, you’re responsive to your customers and you care. My wife and I just flew to Arizona from California, and I was so happy to have the Gata mask on the plane. All the coughing and recycle air… I can wear my glasses and not fog up, and feel confident that my mask seals much better than the paper N95’s!
