We have found that USPS will sometimes mark a package as delivered prior to dropping it off. Please allow 24 hours from the marked delivery time before reaching out to your local USPS for more information.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer three sizes:

Children's - Interior seal measures 3.5 inches (recommended for children ages 2-8)
Adult Small/Medium- Interior seal measures 4 inches
Adult Large - Interior seal measures 4.55 inches

My mask has a smell. Will it dissipate?

Products that are packaged fresh off the assembly line may have an odor. This is a result of either the silicone being molded to shape or the heating procedure to manufacture the melt-blow fabric for the filter. This smell will dissipate naturally. Be sure to leave your mask/filters in a dry, temperature-controlled area to air them out.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?

No. We are entirely an e-commerce retailer.

Where are your masks made?

We have partnered with a trusted manufacturer in China. All orders are processed and shipped out of Nevada.

Are your face covering replacement filters certified?

Our filters have been certified by a third-party lab and received a rating of KN95, which is the European and Chinese equivalent to the N95. They filter out 95% of particles down to 0.3 microns.

Can I wash my face covering filter?

We do not recommend washing GATA face covering filters.

How long will my GATA face covering filters last?

Filters are effective for 50 hours of use.

Are GATA face covering straps replaceable?

Yes! Please email to order replacement ear straps.

Is it normal to have condensation in my face covering?

Condensation occurs naturally. We recommend keeping a cloth on hand and wiping it out as needed. Cloth masks will absorb that moisture and harbor bacteria, whereas the silicone will not absorb it.

I can blow out a flame with my GATA face covering. Is that an issue?

Our filters are designed for maximum airflow while producing maximum filtration. The candle test varies a lot depending on distance, type of wick, length of the breath, surrounding conditions, etc.

We do not rely on the candle test for our filters. We rely on the lab results that produced 95% filtration of particles down to 0.3 microns.

Can I exchange my face covering for a different size or color?

All face coverings are final sale. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges due to COVID-19.
